The opportunity to have a dinner with the Gotha of the Dx hunters (and I’m not just talking only at the level of the Italian community) it is a kind of bless. I really never felt myself as an outsider, and I learnt a lot about statistics, parameters and metrics to identify a potential target-entity for a dxpedition, despite what appears from the Most Wanted Chart. Their “wisdom” doesn’t end with the dx-oriented topics, I can assure it stands also on the haute cuisine. But this is another story …
